Do I have to pay a listing fee?
Nope, it's free! We suggest you offer as much as you have to part with. Remember, for every item taken from you, you earn a Swap Credit, which allows you to take something from someone else.
What can be traded on Swaprocks!?
Only original versions of CDs, DVDs and video games. Bootlegs, pornography, CD-R, DVD-R or any other copies of original recordings are prohibited from being offered. All items must come with their original artwork. You can make notes in the item's Review section if the artwork is damaged. It's should also come with their cases. However, if you have a CD case that's busted to smithereens don't include. Just make sure you note this in the item's Review section.
How many items can I offer?
As many as you want to offer. Remember, for every item taken from you, you earn a Swap Credit, which allows you to take something from someone else.

How do I edit or delete an item I listed to give or take?
Your My Swap page gives you tools to manage your Swaprocks! account, including items you have listed and items you have requested from other users, as well as account information.
How do I reply to an inquiry?
There will be a Reply link in the body of the email message.
How will I be notified if an item I have offered is taken?
You will receive a notification email from Swaprocks! when another user requests an item. The item will then appear on your My Swap page in the "Items I Need to Ship" list. Clicking on the "Ship" option will allow you notify the other swapper that the item has been sent, or that it is now unavailable. You can print a shipping label using the "Print Label" option. We suggest that you use our super convenient mailers to mail out your items, so you can get them in the mail immediately from your home.
What if no one takes my items, can I still take items from the site?
For the first five (5) items you offer you will receive one (1) Swap Credit. If you list another 10 items you will receive a second Swap Credit. (I.e. list 15 items and you will receive two (2) Swap Credits.) Also, for every 5-pack O' Mailers you purchase at the Swag Shop, you will receive one (1) Swap Credit. Other than that you will need users to take your items to earn credits, so list as much as you have to offer and be patient.
