Go to the Forgot Your Password? screen and enter your username and security word and an email containing a new password will be sent to you.

What is the difference between my password and security key?
You're password works in conjunction with your ID to log onto the site. The security key is a word that you define during the registration process that can be used as an alternative to identify you. We'll also provide you a choice of questions to help remember this word.

How do I update my account info?
Go to your My Swap page and click on the corresponding link under "Quick Links" at the top of the page.

Can I change my Swaprocks! ID?
Not at this time. If you really dislike the ID you picked you can cancel your account and set up a new one, however remember you will lose all of your history such as swap credits and feedback rating.

Can I cancel my Swaprocks! account?
We hate to see you go, but if you must, you must. Click here and type your username and email address in the body of the copy. We will send you an email to confirm your cancellation, and once you confirm your account and offered items will be removed from the website.

How do I unsubscribe form emails?
At the bottom of the email will be an "Unsubscribe" link.
